We are just now hearing of John's passing. We live a few doors down from him and enjoyed calling him our neighbor. John would stop in front of our house to talk to us and our boys frequently and insisted on giving our boys payment for taking his trash out or clearing his driveway. The neighborhood wasn't the same once he moved to the nursing home. Rest easy John. You are missed.
