Teresa Ann Melanson a lifelong resident of Stoughton and true Patriot, passed away in Stoughton on Sunday January 25, 2026 at the home of her brother Thomas Melanson and his wife Debi. She was 59 years old and the cherished daughter of the late Edgar and Elizabeth Melanson. Her survivors include her beloved brother Thomas and wife Debi of Stoughton with whom she happily resided with for the past thirteen plus years, her beloved sister Linda Olden and husband Lewis of Stoughton, her 5 nieces, Chrystina Melanson of Foxboro, Cassandra Lawson and husband Nick of Foxboro, Kristin Olden of Stoughton, Kimberly Olden of Stoughton and Kaitlin Olden and Fiance' Joshua Napolitano of Braintree.
Teresa was born on October 11, 1966, in Stoughton, Massachusetts. She attended Stoughton Public Schools and Stoughton High School. She was a longtime member of BAMSI in Stoughton. Teresa enjoyed bowling, Disney movies and camping with family. She was also an avid reader. Teri had a very special interest in insects, especially bugs, bees and spiders. She also had a keen interest in all thing's planes, firetrucks and military related items.
