Sandra J. "Sandy" Piche

Sandra J. "Sandy" (Field) Piche' a resident of Stoughton for over 60 years passed away on Monday December 5, 2022 after a lengthy illness at the South Shore Hospital in Weymouth, Massachusetts. She was 67 years old and the beloved wife of the late Leo Piche' who passed away in 2015. Sandy is survived by her two sons, Stephen of Taunton and William of Stoughton, her mother Virginia Field of Stoughton, her brother Stephen Field and his wife Becky Field of North Yarmouth, Maine and her grandson Ben. Other survivors include Williams partner Krista, Stephens ex-spouse Aimee and her cats Zac, Leo The Little and Eris. Sandy was also preceded in death by her father Delbert J. Field and her cats Solo and Zoe. Sandy was born in Denver, Colorado on March 23, 1955. She was a college graduate and worked as a Labor and Delivery Nurse at the South Shore Hospital for over 40 years. Sandy enjoyed spending time with her family. Her hobbies included fishing, photography, trains, NASCAR races and going to the beach. Live music was a great joy of hers. She was always searching for new artists and new bands. This great challenge led her to making many new friends with fellow music lovers and the musicians themselves. Sandy would travel just about any distance for some good blues rock and roll. There would be bonus points if there was a steam train nearby.
Visiting hours will be held on Wednesday December 14, 2022 from 4 p.m. - 8 p.m. in the Sheehan, Lowe & Powers Funeral Home and Cremation Services, 115 Monk Street, Stoughton.
