Richard F. Clark, born August 11, 1941, passed away peacefully at home in Florida on March 25, 2023. He was 81 years old and is survived by his children, Karen Picciolo, Rick Clark, and Steve Clark, his grandchildren, Rick, David, Dayan, Benjamin, Alan and Amanda. Other survivors include numerous nieces and nephews. He is also predeceased by several of his siblings. Richard spent most of his life in Stoughton, MA. He was employed for most of his working career as a Sanitary Engineer for Stoughton High School. He loved the Patriots and Red Sox and was generally a fan of any Boston team. He enjoyed camping trips to New Hampshire and Cape Cod with his sons Rick and Steve and nephews Tommy and Bobby. He attended many annual family reunions where he was able to visit and catch up with his many relatives. One of his most treasured Stoughton landmarks to visit was the Town Spa, a local restaurant that has been a family favorite now for three generations. Richard had moved to Florida later in life to enjoy his retirement years. He loved to take his sons dog for daily walks at the dog park. He also enjoyed fish dinners and other meals at the local VFW where he was able to spend quality time with his peers.
A graveside funeral service and committal of cremains for Richard will be held on Saturday June 17, 2023, at 11:15 a.m. in the family lot at Evergreen Cemetery, 1100 Washington Street, (Rt. 138) Stoughton. ALL ARE WELCOME TO ATTEND.
