Raymond Casemiro Obituary

Raymond Casemiro, a resident of Stoughton, passed away on Sunday December 13, 2020 at the Good
Samaritan Medical Center in Brockton. He was 79 years old. He is survived by his beloved fiancee’
Margaret Chace of Stoughton, his sons. Eryk Casemiro and husband Bryce Lowery of Norman,
Oklahoma, Trevor Casemiro of Marshfield, Nathaniel Casemiro of Taunton, his brother Gerald Casemiro
and wife Marilyn of Plano, Texas , his fiancee’s children, Christine Lima and husband William “Billy”
Lima of Stoughton and Donald Chace of Whitman. He was also loved as “GRAMPY RAY” to Brandon
Lima, Adriana Lima both of Stoughton and Christian Chace of Bridgewater.
Born on October 28, 1941 in Fall River, Massachusetts, Raymond was a son to the late Virgil and Emily
(Viveiros) Casemiro. He was employed for many years as a Respiratory Therapist and proudly served his
country as a United States Marine. Ray loved to golf and was a member of the Cedar Hill Golf Club in
Stoughton, he also enjoyed sports and was a “History Buff.” Ray will be missed by all who had the
pleasure of knowing him.
At this time, all funeral services will be private and a Celebration of Ray’s Life will be held at a later date.
