Dennis J. Griffin

Dennis J. Griffin age 82, of Milton, Massachusetts passed away peacefully on August 21, 2023.

Dennis is survived by his son, Brian J. Griffin and wife Kim M. (Zupkofska) Griffin and their daughter Kelli James Griffin who he loved and adored, of Milton. He is predeceased by his father James J. Griffin of Waterbury, CT and his loving mother Angelina T. (Viscione) Griffin of Blackstone, MA.

Dennis was born on July 7, 1941 in Boston,Massachuetts. He graduated from Dorchester High School in 1960. Dennis was honored to serve as a United States Marine reservist and was a proud American who loved this country wholeheartedly. He worked for Boston Edison as a utilities worker for 30 years until his retirement. 

Dennis had taken joy on long rides in his boat from Boston Harbor to Cape Cod Bay. He enjoyed time with family and friends at his summer home in Popponesset. Dennis was an avid skier who spent his winters on the slopes in Killington,VT. A lover of animals and a humble man Dennis will be missed. 

A Funeral Mass and Celebration Of Life in memory of Dennis will be held on Monday September 11, 2023 at 10 a.m. in St. Elizabeth's Church, 350 Reedsdale Road, Milton. ALL ARE WELCOME TO ATTEND.
