Catherine A. DiBlasi

Catherine Anne “Kay” (Seale) DiBlasi, born November 27,1948, 71, passed away peacefully Saturday
October 31, 2020, at home as she wished with her loving family by her side. She was survived by her
very dedicated and loving husband Salvatore V. DiBlasi. They were married for 46 years and they
supported each other during all the good and bad times. She was the loving Mother of her children Jerry
W. DiBlasi and his wife Susan of Yuma, Arizona, John J. DiBlasi of Taunton, MA and Elvira “Vera”
DiBlasi of Rockland, MA. She was also survived by her Grandchild Courtney DiBlasi, and her 2 Great
Grandchildren Ariella and Jaxson Massaro. She was predeceased by her parents Richard G. Seale and
Catherine A. (Spencer) Seale.
Kay was born in Boston and later moved to Milton then Stoughton where they lived for over 24 years.
She was a retired Social Security Representative for the Social Security Administration where she worked
for over 15 years. She enjoyed their occasional trips to Castle Island and the smell of the Ocean. A snappy
dog from Sullivan’s put a huge smile on her face. She was an animal lover and was constantly donating to
the ASPCA or anywhere else she could make a difference. She loved her cats and took care of them as if
they were her own children.
With the combined effort and dedication of her family and some amazing Hospice Nurses, Kay was able
to live her life as she wished to the fullest until it was her time to go home. She will be missed by all who
had the pleasure of knowing her.
Due to current Covid - 19 restrictions, all funeral services and interment will be private.
