Charles Thomas Hendricks, 74, passed away on Saturday, September 28, 2019 at Beth Israel Deaconess Hospital in Milton, MA. In his final days, he was surrounded by his loving family. Charles was born April 16, 1945, in Phoenix, Arizona, the son of Jessie May “Pat” (Ford) and James Thomas Hendricks.
Known to his friends and family as Zac, he is survived by his beloved partner, Patricia Rogers-Foley, his former spouse, Jeanne (Anderson) Hendricks, his children: Krystal (Hendricks) Wright, Samuel Hendricks, Jonathan and his wife, Jenny (Callan) Hendricks, Holly Hendricks, Emily (Hendricks) and her husband Curtis Bramley, Julianna Hendricks, Sarah (Hendricks) and her husband Mark Bergeron, Josiah Hendricks and his fiancé Monica Risso, Charlotte de Gaalon, grandchildren: Rudy, Kyle, Hunter, Logan, Mila, Natalia, Miles, Bo, and Naomi, nieces: Lauren, Citlali and his nephews: Eric, Oliver and Lucas. He was preceded in death by his parents.
Zac was a world-traveler and an accomplished musician, writing and performing his music all around the globe. Throughout his retirement, he enjoyed time in his workshop, and was an exceptionally skilled craftsman. Zac loved gifting handmade treasures to his dear friends and family, dedicating his time and patience to perfectly crafted wooden biplane models, restored antique steam trunks, guitars, custom guitar straps, and first-place pinewood derby cars.
His memorial services will be held on Saturday, October 5, at 1:00 P.M. at the Holy Spirt Episcopal Church in Sutton, followed by a 3:00 P.M. reception at the Grafton Inn, Grafton, MA.
